We at Zarkan dedicate ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Zarkan is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines mentioned below, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Zarkan. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Zarkan, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:
We are happy to offer a 30 days Return or Exchange policy for unused and unworn items. However, please note that the 30-day return does not apply to personalized jewellery, festive products, coins, and God pendants and idols other than in cases of defective/spurious products.
To be eligible for Return or Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packing. Products should not show any signs of being worn and they shouldn’t be resized either. You will not be eligible for return or exchange if the jewellery is damaged while adjusting.
Refund Policy
In case of we have accepted your refund request for your order so a refund of the same shall be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse.
In case of receipt of an empty parcel, short shipment or damaged product, you must record and send a 360-degree unboxing video of the product package.
Without an unboxing video for the above-mentioned cases, your return request will not be entertained.
All our rings are adjustable/Comfortable and can be adjusted to any finger size. However, if there is any Size Issue/Discomfort issue, the return should be claimed within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Replacement and credit notes will be applied only once
To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. Please note that we will arrange for return pick up from the original delivered address only. For areas where the return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse address Which is mentioned on shipping label.
To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Replacement Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:
Zarkan is responsible for return shipping costs. Every returning shipping is paid by Zarkan, even if the item didn’t have free shipping in the first place. In areas which are unserviceable, Zarkan will pay for shipping charges up to Rs. 100 As a Credit Note. Then the customer can self-ship it to our warehouse address Which is mentioned on shipping label.
We provide a warranty against manufacturing defects on all our products. Please note that warranty claim is also subject to product being used within the scope of jewellery care instructions- any mishandling or deliberate exposure to water, perfumes, and any other chemicals might result in the claim not being entertained.
The Zarkan warranty covers only product plating issues and no other form of damage or product issue. For better understanding, the issues covered by Zarkan plating warranty are as follow:
The delivery guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistencies in the name or address will result in the non-delivery of the product.
